Although the Matte Dressing works best when applied to dry hair (and on all hair types and textures), two different end results can be achieved:
• On dry hair, density of hair will be maximized, allowing hair to feel thicker and adding volume. • On slightly damp, fine hair, moisture will distribute the product more and can help create the disheveled or "lived in" look.
